At grabster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange policy under the following circumstances:

  1. Vendor Negligence: If the product you received is damaged or defective due to vendor negligence, we will issue a full refund or exchange the item at no cost to you.

  2. Customer Negligence: If the product is returned due to customer mistake such as ordering the wrong size or color, we will issue a refund or exchange the item, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  3. Refund Processing Charge: A Refund Processing Charge of AED 5 will be deducted from the refund amount in case of customer negligence.

  4. Time frame for Refund: Refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. However, please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your bank or card statement may vary depending on the bank.

Refunds can be also allocated to purchase via grabster with grabster credit. This can be redeemed against any product on grabster.

We have no return policy, however, you can request a refund if the refund meets the following criteria. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when received.

  1. If the product is defect when it was delivered.
  2. If the wrong product was dispatched to customer
  3. If the product was delivered after 4 days
  4. If the product was never delivered
